I'm Richie Webb
an Experience Designer, Visual Artist and Snowboarder.
I have spent 20 plus years facilitating workshops and connecting with people. Enabling individuals to find a path to their desired outcomes, whether this is a career progression, purchasing a digital service or sliding down a mountainside.
I use my understanding of personalities and learning styles to empathise with users needs, build strategies to enhance their business and put a smiles on the face of your users.

Who is Richie Webb?
I come from a background in Customer Experience and Human Centred Learning. I have spent the past 20 years teaching snowboarding, working as a Staff Trainer and managing educational teams within the Snowsports Industry. Alongside this career I have been employed in contract roles working for national brand names, charities and professional associations.
I am also a creative, running an illustration studio and art practice. I graduated in 2013 with a degree from Edinburgh College of Art in Fine Art, Intermedia. I have since run a contemporary art practice participating in international artist residencies and exhibitions.
I am now using my broad skillset to enhance companies internal and external digital services.
